BEACHES

Pristine sandy shores, calm tidal bays and historic swimming wharves around the peninsula.

Cheltenham Beach: Shallow, calm and popular with families, with beautiful Rangitoto views.

The Cove, Cheltenham: A tucked-away spot next to Cheltenham Beach via North Head. It's quieter than the main stretch, and a local favourite.

Narrow Neck Beach: Broad sandy beach with an active boat ramp, sailing club and beachfront café.

Torpedo Bay Beach: Picturesque bay along the waterfront walk, next to the Navy Museum.

Stanley Bay: Peaceful bay with an iconic swimming wharf for high-tide plunges.

Secret Cove, Stanley Bay: A hidden little pocket of sand the locals keep quiet about, worth the find.

Devonport Beach: Village waterfront beach right by Windsor Reserve.

St Leonards Beach: A quiet residential beach on the Takapuna side, calm and rarely crowded. Access via Saint Leonards Road.

Takapuna Beach: The long white-sand flagship. Cafés, swimming and Rangitoto straight ahead.

"Whether you're finding your place here or selling it, you deserve an insider on your side."

Devonport is a tightly-held market. The best homes often move before they're ever advertised, and the best sales come from knowing exactly who's looking. Local knowledge, and how you market your home, is everything.

I get it, because this is home for me too. I live here, my kids go to school here, and I know the area inside out. The pockets that hold their value, and the quiet opportunities that never reach the public market. I take on only a handful of clients at a time, so your move gets the focus and discretion it deserves.

Buying or selling here is personal, for both sides, so it helps to have someone genuinely easy to work with by your side. Let's find your next move on the peninsula, and get it right.
